Job description
- Responsible for inventory (from planning to implementation and summarizing results)
- Handle weekly and monthly bookkeeping of production data on the system.
- Reciprocally receive quotes and receive orders with the Japanese side.
- Handling from ordering to warehousing
- Create invoices for shipment.
- Responsive statistics, communication, and quality policies with external parties.
- Human resource management at the department
- Participate in improvement activities at the company

REQUIREMENTS
- Male Female
- Good health, age 25-40 years old.
- Graduated from college or higher
- Good at using computers and excel
- Agile, active, serious at work, able to withstand pressure.
- Experience in production management
- Ability in production planning.
- Experience in quality productivity reporting.
- Language knowledge: English (intermediate) or Japanese (N3~2)

WORKING CONDITION: Monday - Saturday, (from 8:00 ~ 17:00) Saturday off every other week. Working time
