JOB DUTIES

+ Make a business plan and general strategic direction for the company: Implement a number of business strategies to expand the company's production scale and increase profits such as: investment plans, business plans. business, branding plans, product promotion plans, etc. Plan to implement the most effective investment plans, optimize costs and maximize profits. Make investment and business decisions that are consistent with strategy and bring the highest profits. Develop a business plan consistent with the short-term and long-term goals of the business. Develop budgets and cost norms for projects.
+ Manage all operations and be responsible for sales, profits, development direction and growth of the company.
+ Make business and marketing plans.
