THE WORK WE NEED
• Consulting & introducing customers to all current financial product lines of the company
• Search & exploit new customer sources and take care of old customers according to the company's allocated list
• Make calls and visit customers to approach and understand their needs.
• Responsible for maximizing product sales to achieve distribution plans.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
• Experience
• No experience necessary, training will be supported
• Those with related experience: personal finance, insurance, real estate, FMCG sales consulting, or advertising will be an advantage.
• Basic condition
• Graduated from high school, but if you have a college degree or higher, you will be promoted.
• Used to be DSA of financial companies for 6 months
• Someone who wants to develop in the Sales profession
• Advanced skill
• Have flexible consulting and communication skills with customers
• Understanding of basic finance and insurance
• Combine phone and face-to-face sales skills
• Know how to maintain new and old customer relationships
• Highly adaptable to work and able to handle pressure well
