JOB DUTIES
- Manage information records of reporters and students
- Design lessons, support classroom management, and answer student questions
- Support reporters in online and in-person classes at schools they are working at.
-Search, invite lecturers, plan and arrange teaching schedules for presenters
-Organize and carry out comprehensive inspection and evaluation work and classroom testing at the school
- Teaching assistant for the Institute's topics in association with partners in the provinces and cities
- Evaluate the content and teaching quality of the presenters according to the Institute's standards
-Discuss with partners about the teaching schedules of the reporters
-Compiled to evaluate students' abilities
-Collect student reviews and opinions about teaching quality
-Link relevant departments to build, deploy and improve teaching programs at the Institute
-Organize exams, student evaluations, and graduation ceremonies for courses.
Request:
- Master basic knowledge in the fields of Psychology and Education
- Ability to listen, observe and evaluate, communication skills and situation handling, classroom organization skills
-Have transportation and ability to travel long distances
