SALES AGENT at Ho Chi Minh City - Cp Ngoại Thất Lộc Thiên Phúc

- Only work at the office, consult customers online or visit the showroom
- Not looking for customers (customers are supported by the company through advertising channels and visiting directly at the showroom)
- Consulting, quotation, customer care, support handling requests (products and services) from customers after sales.
- Support to notify progress, handle warranty claims and arising requests related to customers' products.
- Directly perform customer support by phone (Inbound & Outbound)
- Collect opinions/feelings from customers about the Company's products and services.

- Full shift is from 8:00 am or shift is from 13 pm to 8 pm
- Age from age
- Working in a cool, comfortable working environment
- Have a personal laptop.
- Clear voice, easy to listen to, good communication and ability to handle situations well.
- Be proactive and eager to learn.
