Processing
- Receive requests, advise customers on information about airline tickets, advise customers on ticket conditions, regulations and policies of airlines.
- Book reservations, track ticket issuance deadlines, track flight status and provide information to customers.
- Handle customer requests related to reservations and support services such as: online check-in, luggage, support for ticket changes, ticket refunds, meal reservations, Visa, Passport, room reservations hotel,....
- Update the airline's ticket pricing policies and new routes to advise and set up itineraries according to customers' requests.
- Coordinate with related departments to best perform the job.
- Resolve customer complaints and questions.
1/ General requirements
- Graduated from high school, college or higher.
- Dynamic, energetic, good persuasive communication.
- Male/Female from 20-55 years old
- Good-looking appearance, standard voice, gentle, easy to hear, no lisp, stuttering, local dialect...
- Proficient in office information technology: word, excel
- Able to use and communicate in English.
- Receive training for those who have learned about airline ticketing operations or those who intend to pursue a job in ticket sales.
2/ Job requirements
- Proficient in using international ticket reservation systems such as: GDS (Abacus, Amadeus, Saber, Galileo,...), IAG, Tripstack, Farelogix, Travelport, Agentconectbiz and other websites/applications.
- Proficient in booking and issuing domestic tickets on websites such as Jetstar, Air Mekong, Vietjet Air.
- Proficient in booking tickets for low-cost airlines such as: Airasia, Cebu Pacific, Lion Air, Tiger Airways....
- Understand and advise well on domestic and international tours.
- Understanding of visas, passports and immigration procedures.
- Understand and use well domestic and international hotel booking systems.
- Having experience selling tickets, selling tours, making visas or having learned the profession of selling airline tickets, experience in the tourism industry, foreign languages, information technology, and business administration is an advantage.
- Ensure full benefits of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, etc. according to regulations.
