Job details
- Monitor the status of machinery and equipment to plan maintenance and repair (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Maintain, repair, and replace equipment when there is a problem, receive information from production operations
- Monitor and manage machinery and equipment records, spare part inventory
- Monitor and check the proposed spare part for the maintenance plan
- Plan and prevent incidents
- Implement 5S hygiene in the workplace
- Check equipment status, safety conditions before operation
- Manage, install and operate the machine according to the established specifications.
- Check products on the line.
- Handling and re-operating the machine after the incident.
- Support for machine calibration and verification
- Clean and maintain machinery after each shift.
- Monitor and manage the safety and hygiene of the work area.
- Ensure strict compliance with the production process and food safety regulations.
