Job duties
+ Search for potential KOLs and KOCs on platforms Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,...
+ Contact, select and negotiate with KOLs and KOCs to suit the company's products and goals of each campaign.
+ Prepare contracts and resolve complaints during cooperation with KOLs. KOC.
+ Participate in supporting KOL's content production activities such as providing information and image content, supervising video recording and taking photos, receiving feedback and confirming content.
+ Plan to manage and spend the Budget to suit each campaign.
+ Coordinate with other departments to ensure the Booking process goes smoothly.
+ Synthesize and analyze campaign effectiveness and make reports.
Job requirements:
+ Requires knowledge of English or Chinese (Cantonese is preferred)
+ Have 1 - 2 years of experience working and managing KOLs, KOCs, public figures... Having worked with foreign KOLs and KOCs is an advantage.
+ Skills to build and develop relationships with KOLs and KOCs.
+ Understanding of social networking platforms Facebook, Instagram, TikTok...
+ Good communication and negotiation skills
+ Effective planning skills for goals and campaigns
