JOB DESCRIPTION

Take good care and monitoring of target crops to learn and improve expertise and techniques
Regularly check for pests and diseases every day, ensuring quality and output
Applying scientific and technical advances and valuable research, improving productivity and economic efficiency for growers
Directly deploy and monitor projects to help people and improve the quality of raw material areas
Meet farmers to impart more knowledge, helping people gain more knowledge and experience in farming more effectively
Regularly update the market, new trends, take advantage of technology, reduce dependence on labor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualification: Graduated from University/College/Intermediate or higher in Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, Plant Protection, Agricultural Mechanics or related fields
Experience:
Have 1-2 years of experience working at Crop, Fruit, or Sugarcane Farms
New graduates majoring in Agriculture are also encouraged to apply
Knowledge:
Solid foundational understanding of the Agriculture industry, oriented to develop into a farm management position
Effectively manage work on the farm
Develop and implement plans/goals, allocate and arrange work reasonably and effectively
Understanding of agricultural economics, farming techniques, and agricultural economics
Good communication skills in English, priority given to candidates who know Cambodian/Lao language
