1. Prepare for production

- Check input materials and inventory

- Check mechanical systems on floors, air pressure, and temperature

- Check hygiene in bagging, pelletmill, and premix areas

- Arrange maintenance staff to clean the screening system, dust filter, magnet nozzle, and oil injection system

2. Control the production process

- Receive production plan from Factory Director

- Monitor the process of workers pouring materials

- Control the grinding process

- Check grinding samples to ensure raw materials meet requirements

- Control mixing materials according to production plan

- Monitor the mixing process through the control screen

- When there is a problem, coordinate with the maintenance department to promptly fix it, ensuring production progress

- Control the tablet press machine

- Start and monitor the pelleting system and pelleting process

- Check bran size, temperature, BDI, dust and adjust accordingly

- Control the packaging process

- Notify the product packaging plan to the bagging line manager to prepare the bags, line and adjust the machine

- Timely notification when plans change.

3. Some other jobs

- Hand over work to the next shift

- Write daily reports for production processes

- Combine with the accounting department to periodically check inventory
