- Directly monitor customer's network systems and servers in rotating shifts, ensuring 24/7 operation
- Manage dashboards (AWS), handle requests, inquiries, and provide remote service support for customers
- Create Trouble Ticket (TT), update TT, transfer TT to relevant department to solve according to set schedule (using Backlog, Jira system)
- Create and manage user accounts (user accounts) on customer systems
- Periodically report the content of work to customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Required: Good Japanese communication skills, equivalent to N1-N2 (with a certificate is an advantage)
- Basic communication skills in English
