Work content:

• Customer care has been using the company's products
• Support and answer customers' questions during product use
• Announce promotions, new products to customers and conduct upsales.
• Consulting on closing product orders with customers.
• Manage the list of purchased customers, ensuring customers enjoy the correct benefits that the company is applying.

Position: Customer Service Officer - Upsale

• Department: Sales Department

Working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday (1 hour 30 minutes lunch break)

Work location: 2nd Floor, CT2 Building, Government Cipher Committee, Le Van Luong, Nhan Chinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

Product: nutritional milk (Bird's nest colostrum supplements height, breast milk & baby).
