Job duties
- Advise customers on trip information, perform booking operations, sell tickets on the software system or instruct customers how to book tickets and pay online at the bus company.
- Receive orders for consigned goods at the office or along the way. Collect money and return it to the company.
- Return goods to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints when required.
