Cash advance and advance payment for ships per trip;
Prepare documents for payment of ship expenses for each trip (Tour guide, Port, Cambodia Agent...);
Check and store operating licenses of ships in Vietnam and Cambodia;
Check invoices, delivery notes on Sharepoint and enter detailed invoice data (Warehouse & Inventory; MJ Hotel, MN Hotel, PL);
Enter cost data, revenue of food, beverages, housekeeping, bar... on Sharepoint;
Synthesize and analyze reports sent by ships (cruise reports, cruise surveys...);
Responsible for data management of Warehouse software and POS software. Act as a bridge to answer questions between the software supplier and the ship's staff;
Coordinate with relevant parties to periodically inventory inventory at the ship;
Other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
