JOB DETAILS
- Programming and operating CNC milling machines according to samples and drawings.
- Monitor machines while they perform their tasks and make timely adjustments when problems occur.
- Check, measure the finished product and compare it with the requirement to determine if the process completed correctly or not.
- Daily inspection and maintenance of machines to ensure functionality.
- Details of the job will be discussed in more detail when coming to the face-to-face interview.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in CNC milling machine
- Knowing how to read and understand drawings, proficient in using CNC milling machines, knowing how to use CNC lathes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments · Calipers, OD/ID rulers, Depth gauges, Types of gauges...
- Know how to use Mastercam, Autocad software.
- Know the technological process, manufacturing jigs when mass milling in large quantities.
- Handle work independently.
- Diligent, hardworking, careful.
