Job Description

Y&Y GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY needs to recruit:

I. Vacancy: Admin staff cum Receptionist

II. Working place: 15 Ngan Long Villa, Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Phuoc Kien, Nha Be, HCMC (First District 7, near Ton Duc Thang University).

III. Job description:
  • Welcome customers to the Company, deliver incoming mail, prepare meeting rooms, ....
  • Arrange transportation for employees & customers.
  • Book flights, hotels for employees & customers.
  • Manage & track vehicle papers, periodic vehicle maintenance, vehicle insurance; expenses for car repair, petrol, tolls, telephone, internet, etc.
  • Manage & purchase assets, office equipment, tools, stationery, drinking water, ...
  • Find suppliers to repair damaged property, office equipment, tools, etc.
  • Pay relevant costs to suppliers.
  • Support the chores for the boss's family as required.
  • Support related work of HCNS & Trade Union as required.
  • Plan and organize internal company events as required.
  • Perform other tasks or reports as assigned by management.

IV. Salary: Negotiable.

V. Requirements:
  • Fresh graduate or with at least 1-2 years of experience.
  • Know how to organize & cover the work.
  • Skilled in good organization & efficient work handling.
  • Honest, agile, careful & responsible in work.

  • Working time: 05 days/week, from Monday to Friday (08:30-17:30).
