Working with Customers to carry out the procedures for signing Contracts, Drafting documents, Billing documents settlement, Quotation, correspondence, bid...
Procedures for advance, payment, and verification of documents are reasonable and valid.
Balance, control, process input - output documents.
Monitor receivables – payables and other revenue-expenditure issues.
Calculating salary/bonus for staff and collaborators.
Support sales and technical staff in contract settlement.
Proposing Finance - Accounting, Tax strategies in line with business goals.
Proposing to improve and standardize the Company's administrative and accounting apparatus system.
Check and store documents and vouchers to ensure information security requirements and comply with France Current law.
Manage internal activities of the Company (recruitment, entertainment, teabreak ...)
