1. Building and operating internal rules and regulations of the Company
Support timekeeping and salary calculation system-wide.
Update changes in salary increase and decrease.
Coordinate with construction departments to evaluate the work performance of personnel.
2. Administrative work
Prepare documents and decisions at the request of the Head of Department.
Periodic reports on personnel changes or unusual changes in personnel and some reports on turnover rate, recruitment rate.
Signing labor contracts, committing to confidentiality, terminating labor contracts.
