Receiving recruitment needs of departments, making recruitment plans. - Posting, screening, receiving applications. - Schedule and organize interviews, directly interview the first round, coordinate with superiors to select suitable candidates according to the plan. - Send notices, draft job invitations, receive probationary employees. - Prepare a report on evaluation of recruitment results after the probationary period and employment contract. - Drafting labor contracts, notices, documents, .. as required. - Monitor and urge the work progress of the pharmacist. - Perform other administrative tasks as requested by superiors. - Working time: From Monday - Friday morning - 5:00 pm, 1 hour lunch break)
