JOB DESCRIPTION
Human Resources:
• Attendance Payroll
• Social Insurance operations: creating social insurance books, monitoring social insurance regimes, declaring increases and decreases in social insurance regimes for employees...
Administrative work:
• Maintain records of incoming official dispatches, monitor and be responsible for issuing documents and notices according to the direction of upper management.
• Manage and inventory company assets to prevent loss and improper consumption
• Update and draft processes, regulations, documents and instructions related to Administration, Human Resources and Training from the Company;
• Perform logistical administrative work (procurement, supply, VPP management, tools and equipment, building management, meetings,...)
Recruitment and training:
• Receive and process recruitment needs from Departments within the company.
• Select appropriate recruitment channels, search for candidates and organize interviews to ensure they meet the company's recruitment requirements.
• Implement procedures for receiving and integrating new personnel.
Monitoring the implementation of company rules and regulations:
• Monitor the implementation of regulations of the Departments/Departments/Divisions. Prepare a record of handling violations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Graduating from college or higher.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Have good communication skills, be polite and gentle with everyone; Agile, honest.
• Able to work independently and withstand work pressure.
• Proficient in office information technology (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
