WORK CONTENT:

Operate and handle operations arising in customer transaction activities:
Operate transactions with customers at the Customer Education Department/Transaction Office within the assigned transaction scope and limit.
Perform tax refund transactions (if any)
Participate in the business activities of the Branch/Transaction Office as requested and assigned by the Branch/Department Leader.
Receive/summarize customer feedback, report to Department Leaders and Branch Leaders on customer satisfaction assessments.
Carry out periodic and extraordinary statistical and operational reports as requested by Department Leaders and Branch Leaders.
Participate in developing programs and work plans related to assigned work/professional areas.
Perform other tasks as assigned by competent authorities.
