• Recruitment: Support posting job vacancies on online channels, arranging candidate interviews
• Support HR C&B to check the payroll of establishments
• Send notices of the Human Resources Department to the facilities
• Introduce new employees to the facility
• Responsible for distributing name plates, uniforms, employee handbooks to new employees
• Inventory and track staff uniforms
• Timely order uniforms for employees (name plates, uniforms, employee handbooks, shoes, ...)
• Support to organize HR events: Birthday, 8/3, 20/10, vacation travel...
• Check and save employee records, save documents of the Human Resources department
• Compilation of monthly excellent employee evaluations of establishments
• Settle health insurance and social insurance regimes for employees
• Control attendance of departments, calculate salaries of establishments
• Manage employee leave
• Making decisions on promotion, personnel transfer, reward and discipline
• Make an apprenticeship, probationary, official contract
• Track the end of probation, contract expiration
• In charge of reporting increase and decrease of social insurance, sickness, maternity of hotels in the system
• Handling complaints and questions of employees about policies, regimes, wages
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Head of Human Resources
