Job details
- Prepare bid documents in the field of Electrical Equipment including: quotation, technical standards, drawings, bidding documents and all other necessary capacity documents. (Discuss with technical department to get drawings, technical standards,...)
- Drafting contracts, establishing quantities, and quoting equipment prices for projects.
- Plan, schedule, and implement the contract after winning the bid.
- Prepare documents for acceptance and settlement of contracts.
- Prepare and manage cost estimates for items provided for the project.
- Check and monitor payment records of the company and investor. Monitor and urge contractors related to the project to complete legal documents, quality management documents and payment.
- Manage internal records and documents related to the project.
- Perform other tasks requested by superiors.
