Work content:
- Responsible for managing company assets: Computers, desk phones, cameras, projectors, scanners, photos, and other information technology equipment.
- Assemble/replace/repair/upgrade computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Recommend replacement and repair of equipment to promptly detect and fix problems that occur with related issues within the scope of management.
- Support the installation of operating systems and application software on terminal computers for office and project personnel.
- Set up network cables and seating for new personnel/projects.
- Manage accounts and firewall infrastructure, domain controllers, and monitor users' Internet access.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare implementation information sheets of projects before operating or updating and adjusting.
- Monitor and receive, allocate/process user requests (blocks) on system, software and hardware related issues.
- Resolve problems with network systems, terminal connection devices and troubleshoot problems.
- Ensure the smoothness of the internal network system at the Company.
- Support staff & handle errors related to computers, computer networks, and software.
- Work location: 320 Cach Mang Thang 8, Ward 10, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

- Working conditions:
- Working hours: From Monday to Saturday morning every week.
- Morning from 08:00 to 12:00
- Afternoon from 13:00 to 17:00

Required qualifications (minimum): Intermediate - Vocational
Job requirements:
- Candidates must have graduated from College or higher with majors: Information Technology, Computer Science,...
- Minimum 2 years of experience in help desk or related position.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience running projects and supporting customers.
