Job details
- Issuing, checking, and controlling the validity and legality of internal accounting documents and circulating them in the correct order.
- Accounting for internal accounting documents.
- Calculate debt, salary, payment, revenue and expenditure...
- Support banking accounting and sales operations.
- Review the overall import and export of input and output invoices on taxes to process and coordinate with internal work.
- At the end of the preparation period, support tax accountants to prepare declarations, monthly, quarterly reports, and annual settlement with tax authorities and other state agencies according to regulations, and pay taxes if any.
- Fully update legal regulations and policies to perform standard, accurate and legal financial and accounting work.
- Responsible for storing documents and preparing reports as required by the Department and Board of Directors
- Perform other tasks related to finance and accounting as requested by leadership

Candidate requirements
Experience: 2-3 years of experience
- Male/Female aged 24 to 30. Have 2-3 years of experience in general accounting, can prepare financial reports
- Proficient in office information technology skills (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook...).
- Careful, meticulous, agile, sharing and understanding with the company and other departments.
- Priority is given to majoring in accounting and auditing. Having worked as an accountant in a retail business is an advantage.

Working hours: From Monday to Saturday morning every week (Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 17:30, lunch break: 12:00 - 13:30, Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00)
