Compare and check financial data to ensure accuracy.
Detect and report financial errors or violations.
Manage Payment Process:
Identify, test and prepare payment procedures internally and to external vendors.
Ensure payments are processed on time and according to company regulations.
Invoices – Revenue:
Create, review and issue scheduled tuition revenue invoices on time.
Ensure that revenue invoices are prepared according to regulations and contain all necessary information.
Asset management and control:
Monitor and check the Company's fixed assets and current assets.
Update assets when new developments arise according to Company regulations.
Ensure that assets are recorded and preserved properly.
Make reports related to company assets.
Calculate and record asset depreciation according to prescribed methods and schedules.
Make sure that depreciation is handled properly.
