Accountant in Danang at Da Nang - Tâm Thành Phát Việt Nam

* Receive and process orders directly via phone/email from customers or sales department
* Input data into accounting software
* Check and confirm orders and update confirmed orders into accounting software
* Make quotes, product announcements, order forms... when there is a change or update of a new product.
* Keep track of assigned customer debts.
* Follow up with the product codes from the time up to the end (with separate KPI bonus)
* Track import, sale and inventory (XNT) sales of NPP
* Plan expected orders to meet sales needs of the sales department
* Perform other tasks under the direction of the City/Board of Management.
* Other details will be discussed in detail during the interview.
