***JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitor, supervise, and implement procedures for import/export of supplies, goods, and raw materials to serve production;
- Update AMS, OMS, FAST software;
- Statistics and synthesis of accounting data when required;
- Collect, store, preserve documents, and secure accounting data;
- Accounting for arising transactions in accounting software.
- Compare data between accounting software and warehouse keeper's monthly tracking data;
- Collect costs to calculate product prices;
- Carry out procedures for refund payments, advances, due accounts payable, office expenses, business expenses... (arising internally at the Factory);
- Coordinate with Hanoi Accounting Department to periodically conduct internal inventory;
- Check timekeeping documents and data related to salary calculation;
- Monitor and urge recovery of debts and advances related to suppliers and factory employees;
- Decentralized control of the Factory Director;
- Prepare periodic/on-demand reports reflecting data on production situation and business results.
***JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated from University/College
- Major in Accounting or other related fields.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Accounting operations.
- Regulations and standards related to Vietnamese accounting.
- Production work requires carefulness, honesty and accuracy of data when reporting, and the ability to synthesize and master accounting standards.
