WORK CONTENT:
- Collect and process accounting information, data and accounting documents through arising economic operations.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheet, balance sheet, arrange data storage, print books according to regulations,...
- Monitor and manage debt through the report of the debt accountant.
- Monitor and calculate project cost.
- Calculating salaries for officials and employees and deductions according to salary.
- Calculate and compare loan interest with borrowers and lenders...
- Monitor fuel consumption according to the norm...
- Calculating, extracting and accounting for CCDC allocation.
- Calculation, deduction and accounting of fixed asset depreciation expenses.
- Perform other periodic allocation and transfer entries.
- Prepare periodic tax reports (Regular)
- Monitoring and making internal reports (when needed).
- Make entries at the beginning of the new financial year such as: Paying license tax, Carrying forward profit and loss of the old fiscal year, Accounting for license tax expenses in the new fiscal year.
- Comment on contract content and related terms with relevant departments.
- Support the Head of Department/KTT to coordinate the work (when needed), supervise the working process of the accountants.
- Support the Head of Department/CEO in reminding the staffs to manage, arrange and store the software system, other tools, data and books of the Scientific Finance Department.
- Implement or urge accountants to monitor and make periodic related reports of other member companies....
- Perform other tasks as required by the Head of Department/KTT.
