Reporting Work
Prepare detailed reports on short-term and long-term fixed assets and CCDC by month, quarter and year.
Prepare book entries, adjusting entries, allocations, depreciation and expenses for each department.
Synthesize input and output lists from operational accounting to prepare monthly VAT declarations to submit to the Tax Department.
Check reports on monthly financial invoice usage; Check revenue reports.
Review all arising accounting transactions before posting the balance sheet.
Carry out tax payment procedures with tax authorities.
Control reports of VAT, corporate income tax, and personal income tax payable monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Participate in tax finalization with tax authorities;
Check and report daily cash fund for timely handling with Direct Manager.
