- Make a personal work plan according to each time fund: Month - Week - Day.
- Study, practice training and follow up the sales process of the Team.
- Collaborate with other departments in the company to research markets, customers => analyze search data and solve customer problems about needs, pain, search and use purposes product.
- Financial planning for personal sales. Monitor individual sales spending and financial recovery.
- Combine expertise with departmental personnel to support the system of collaborators and agencies.
- Develop a business strategy to perform the tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
- Directly ensure sales and profits of individuals.
