1/ JOB REQUIREMENTS A / Sales & Marketing - Taking care of and supporting existing customers
- Search, approach, introduce the company's services to new customers
- Understand the needs of customers, coordinate with departments to develop solutions and reports
prices for customers;
- Monitoring order status, signing contracts, tracking debts;
- Answer customer questions and comments about products, services, technical issues
warranty, warranty….
- Making business plans to fulfill monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets;
- Ability to write emails and make quotations in English
- Knowledge of marketing and proficient use of necessary technology in the field
such as data collection and management software, Google Adwords, SEO / SEM
- Logical, creative and sensitive thinking
- Communication and customer care skills
- Skills in searching, synthesizing and analyzing data
- Scientific planning and scheduling skills
- Under pressure at work
- Perform other duties as requested by the Head of Department.
- Able to go on business trips outside the province or projects, expenses will be paid according to the Company's regulations.
