- Search for new customers and potential customers.
- Introduce the Company's products and clearly advise customers on the service package they choose.
- Answer questions and respond to customer requests to ensure satisfaction and trust
- Closing deposit contracts and assisting customers in signing contracts.
- Transfer the Contract and attached documents to the Specialized Department.
- Collect and process customer feedback.
- Customer care after sales, maintaining relationships with customers.
- Monitor the Company's incentive programs and promotions to promptly introduce them to customers.
- Report on business activities and related tasks weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Participate in training sessions, go to the market, research competitors.
