BUSINESS MANAGEMENT RECRUITMENT

I. General regulations
  1. Working time:
Monday – Saturday morning
Morning 8:30-12:00 / Afternoon 13:30-17:30
  1. Work location: Geleximco building, 36 Hoang Cau, Dong Da, Hanoi
II. Job duties
Business System and Human Resources Development:
  1. For Human Resources:
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and training personnel.
  • Orient candidates on their work and development roadmap at the company
  1. For Business segment:
  • Consulting on products and designing financial solutions to suit customer needs.
  • Customer care and insurance benefits settlement.
  • Build and exploit potential customer profiles, expand and develop individual and corporate customer relationships.
  • Support and improve the effectiveness of the Company's product and service promotion activities such as: Customer appreciation conference, Financial solution sharing seminar, Business investment training program,...
  • Support the team to develop and bring sales to the company.
  • Find customers, contribute and support signing contracts.

III. Job requirements
- Candidate requirements :
Experience working as a Manager for 1 year or more
Sales experience of 1 year or more
