Job details- Develop plans related to sales and customer care activities, including: sales & discount policies, incentives and promotions, and customer care programs.
- Search, develop and expand markets and customer files.
- Deploy sales activities on offline and online channels.
- Negotiate and sign contracts with customers, monitor contract implementation progress.
- Monitor customer debt, urge debt collection on time.
- Regularly take care of and maintain close relationships with existing customers and develop relationships with new customers.
- Research, analyze the market and propose products and business solutions suitable for each stage.
- Periodically evaluate customer satisfaction and propose appropriate solutions.
- Report work periodically by day/week/month/quarter or when required.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
