3. Operate franchise points of sale
- Call customers regularly to inquire
- Go to the market, check and evaluate franchise processes and standards
- Support customers to increase sales
- Receive and process customer feedback on products and services
- Manage and track sales and goods imports to promptly support customers.
- Support training to supplement customers' knowledge and skills
- Handling violations in the franchise contract (if any)
- Guide and support incentives for customers
- Consulting customers to develop business systems
