WORK CONTENT:
- Working at AIA Insurance's direct sales channel
- Search and plan potential customer sources.
- Approach and advise customers on plans and solutions.
- Support customers in making contracts and completing the insurance participation process
- Customer care to bring customers the best experience in the quality of AIA EXCHANGE sales services.
- Make daily, weekly and monthly plans to ensure assigned targets are achieved.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Required age: from 23 to 40 years old
- Education level: College degree or higher.
- Work full time.
- Experience in Sales and Events is an advantage
- No experience will be trained from the beginning.
- Communicate confidently and professionally.
- Honest and dedicated to work.
RIGHT
- Unlimited income: minimum 16 million - 30 million + bonus (monthly, quarterly, yearly, long-term, Trip) + many other attractive bonuses;
