Job duties
- Implement assigned goals from the Sales department. Coordinate with other members in the department to complete goals.
- Search, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners.
- Monitor and take care of assigned customers: delivery, debt...
- Drafting technical contracts, orders, quotations, delivery notes, and other documents for sales.
- Monitor delivery progress of each order, collect and resolve customer complaints
- Monitor and reconcile debts with P.KT periodically, request P.KT to compare debts with customers when necessary, and monitor debt recovery from customers on time. Remind customers to reserve for potentially late debts.
- Manage your own orders, ensuring timely and adequate supply of goods to meet customer needs.
- Ability to coordinate with related departments to resolve arising problems.

Working hours and related benefits
- Working hours: Monday to Friday.
- Paid leave: annual leave 12 days/year, company establishment day, holidays according to regulations
