- Identify new sales opportunities with sales points with assigned areas, approach and negotiate with new customers.
- Regularly visit customers to establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Growth in output and market share in assigned regions.
- Make a list of products, tools and displays for existing customers.
- Monitor the implementation of the Client Development Agreements, evaluate the business activities of the customers, and have an implementation plan to boost volume and market share at the point of sale (products, prices, programs, etc.) promotions, locations)
- Negotiate to renew contracts with existing customers.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution channels / new customers) & closely monitor and plan to cover the list of potential customers and achieve business targets.
