Job description:
Receive customer information from the company's communication channel, consult customers about the company's products/services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with old customers, develop a list of potential customers.
Propose and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Monitor the market and capture information about the company's product business orientation
Orientation and implementation of Online Marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach customers.
Manage and develop communication channels: website, youtube, social network, email marketing and online content.
Build and manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other platforms.
Edit and develop media content: blog articles, how-to articles, videos, infographics and sales campaign content
Analyze and track marketing campaign effectiveness, evaluate and report key performance indicators.
Job requirements:
Graduated from College/University majoring in Marketing, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
Experience in the field of business, Online Marketing, especially in the field of software or technology. (no experience will train)
Knowledge of accounting and software fields is an advantage.
Knowledge of digital media channels and Online Marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing, youtube, tiktok etc.
Online media content writing and editing skills
Creativity, meticulousness and the ability to work independently.
Understanding of data analytics and performance tracking tools is a plus.
