Marketing and selling Samyang products and services and expanding business to assigned regions.
Prepare an action plan and schedule to identify specific goals and estimate the number of contacts with customers (distributors, agents, etc.) that will be made.
Identify potential customers and achieve business targets, sales and number of customers as allocated.
Establish and maintain relationships with existing distributors, agents and potential customers.
Communicate information about new products, service opportunities, special developments, information and feedback obtained through market visits.
Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce inventory according to established business strategies.
Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules of goods, sales vehicles and services to customers.
Support training new sales staff through practical work.
Coordinate with other Sales Staff in the assigned area to complete sales closing work.
Support the implementation of the company's marketing plans when needed.
Conduct promotions, incentives, and other strategic activities as required to the market and approved by direct management.
Respond to criteria related to product quality and stability in the area of responsibility.
Coordinate to solve customers' problems and difficulties. Provide constructive solutions to all related customer difficulties in the management area.
