Job description:

• Search for customers, research and collect market information, customer needs about one of the Company's product lines (Bartending equipment, Bakery equipment, Nail equipment, Advertising supplies, Food);
• Customer care according to Company policy, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
• Take care of the Company's fanpage
• Meet and discuss with customers in different forms such as: face-to-face, over the phone, over the internet...
• Receive orders from customers: consult, check quotes with each agent milestone. Place orders for customers in sufficient quantity and at the right price according to the quote
• Order tracking: Track shipping and delivery progress on time and completely according to customer requirements.
• Perform other tasks requested by superiors

Candidate requirements:

• Agile, good communication skills
• Experience is preferred, if not, training will be provided

• Know how to use basic computers
• There is a motorbike for transportation and a personal laptop

• Hanoi: Dong Phat Building, Vinh Hung Industrial Park, Vinh Tuy, Hoang Mai

Working time:

• Monday - Saturday (from 08:00 to 17:30, 90 minutes lunch break)
