Job description:

1. Searching for customers (potential aluminum and glass factory) to introduce door accessories and solutions (supported by data), perform customer care after the contract expires, maintain relationships with customers old, develop new sources of customers
2. Approach architectural design units and construction contractors to offer door accessories and solutions, purpose of inclusion in the project
3. Provide advice on products, prices, warranty policies and other services to customers
4. Organize, arrange, arrange and monitor the work completion progress of all sales department personnel.
5. Implement the business plan to achieve the set revenue target according to the approved business plan.
6. Building and making business plans in each phase and period for the company
7. Evaluate and train sales staff.
8. Coordinate with departments such as engineering, accounting and production to produce quality products that meet customer requirements.
9. Other tasks under the direction of the business director or the company's leadership.

Job requirements:

1. Education: High school graduate or higher majoring in business administration/economics/marketing, related fields
2. Good communication, persuasion, negotiation, dynamic, progressive spirit
3. Hard work, honesty, sense of responsibility, long-term work commitment

5. Computer skills: Good use of software: World / Excel / Powerpoint / Internet / Facebook / Zalo ...
6. Knowledge: Understanding of the business of high-class aluminum and glass doors, construction, furniture

Salary: 8,000,000VND-15,000,000VND (negotiable according to capacity/experience)
