DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Business products: Household appliances/ interior materials/ sanitary equipment
- Participate in developing annual business plans as required by Management;
- Proactively develop and implement personal work plans periodically;
- Carry out all sales operations according to the company's procedures;
- Collect, search for information, make a list of potential customers;
- Maintain and develop relationships with Customers, Contractors, consultants, designers...
- Carry out sample submission, sample issuance, and sample management according to regulations;
- Proactively propose plans and solutions to convince customers;
- During work implementation, must proactively coordinate with relevant individuals and departments to ensure effectiveness;
- Proactively and directly survey projects and advise customers on products;
- Directly go to the construction site to learn, check and handle related issues: handover, acceptance of goods, installation instructions, use and product warranty...
- Regularly go to the market to look for sales opportunities in the assigned Region;
- Regularly learn and improve product knowledge, fully participate in related training programs;
- Regularly report and communicate directly with Management and make reports according to company regulations.
