Plan and execute to achieve the assigned revenue KPI target.
Surveying and analyzing customer needs, thereby consulting and providing appropriate Telecommunication / IT service packages (IT Support / Helpdesk / IT Outsource).
Develop technical documents to present Telecommunication/IT service packages to customers.
Develop and expand the file of new and potential customers in the areas in charge.
Maintain and manage existing clients assigned.
Negotiate, negotiate contracts, carry out procedures for signing service contracts.
Monitor contract progress, take care of customers and maintain relationships with customers.
Perform periodic reports and other requirements of the Head of Department.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from College, University or above.
Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of Sales/Business experience.
Knowledge or understanding of IT Helpdesk / IT Support is preferred.
Eager to learn and love Technology.
Dynamic, proactive, Passionate about Sales.
Standard voice, good communication ability, persuasive presentation and confidence when working with businesses.
Have good planning and teamwork skills.
Proficient in office.
Ability to write and present technical documents clearly and coherently.
