Responsible for the sales performance of Distributors, retailers and contractors in the assigned area
Managing and taking care of relationships with customers (Distributors, retailers, contractors...)
Develop and expand distribution channels in the assigned area.
Collect and analyze market and competitor information.
Propose action plans and programs to promote sales effectiveness and expand distribution network in assigned areas.
Create work schedule and complete weekly/monthly/yearly report.
Company brand image management.
Support to resolve customer complaints in the assigned area
Proposing approval and tracking of discount and promotional programs for all customers in the assigned area
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
Age: Not more than 35 years old
Health: Have good health to move in the area of responsibility
Experience working with distributors and agents is preferred.
Understanding the market, having good consulting and persuasion skills
Good customer service skills, analytical and problem solving skills
Good planning and reporting skills
Mature, able to work independently and coordinate with other departments
