1. Mission:

- Maintain existing business relationships, receive orders.
- Going to Western/Eastern markets to meet customers:

- Take care of existing old customers
- Understand and understand the features, packaging, price, pros and cons of the product, similar products, and competitors' products.
- Understand the customer contact process, the information complaint handling process, the process of receiving and resolving customer information, and fully record according to the forms of these processes.
- Contact customers and record all customer information in the customer contact report. Report customer contact content during the day to the Sales Team Leader.
Directly implement and urge contract implementation, including delivery procedures, invoice issuance, and check the quality of delivered products with customers.
- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time, etc.
