- Development of agents in the assigned area: The market sales staff is responsible for finding agents in the assigned area as assigned by the direct manager (regional manager or regional director).
- Call agent care daily to close the order.
- Periodically visit the dealer once a week to review the dealer's inventory, receive warranty parts and send them to the distributor, and receive new orders.
- Support agents/distributors to implement sales programs.
- Check inventory.
- Make daily work report for area manager according to sample form.
- Observe the movements of other brands and report to the area manager about the quantity/quality of sales of rival brands.
- Record the agent's feedback on the product and report it to the regional manager on a weekly basis.
- Warranty / warranty support for agents you manage.
