General requirements:
Priority is given to the following provinces/cities: Hanoi; City. Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Quang Ngai, Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Kontum, Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan - Vung Tau; Ca Mau-Kien Giang; Tien Giang-Ben Tre; Can Tho - Hau Giang; Binh Duong.
Male, age 22 and up.
Preference will be given to candidates with a college degree or higher, majoring in Economics, business administration, commerce or equivalent majors.
