Nurture and maintain relationships with existing customer groups. Search and develop new and potential customers;
Collect and analyze information on market trends and customers;
Recording and statistics of customer feedback/complaints;
Support customer care during delivery and after-sales;
Develop a business plan for petroleum and marine products from purchase - transportation - sales - debt collection;
Set business objectives as required by the company including: forecasting and developing annual business targets for the region; Project sales and profits for existing and new products. Implement domestic business programs by developing action plans.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
Male priority, good health
At least 1 year experience
Withstand work pressure
Good communication and customer care skills.
Sensitive and capable of handling situations.
